1. Who we are

creativecubetm.com is operated by CREATIVE CUBE E.I.R.L. (CreativeCubeTM), RUC 20615991890, registered address Jr. Mariano Melgar 173, Int. 03, Hualmay, Huaura, Lima, Peru ("CreativeCubeTM", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected] (general) and [email protected] (store and orders).

By using the site, buying a product or accepting a quote you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What we offer

• Portfolio: information about our work in Roblox development, 3D, 2D, UI and video.
• Asset store: digital products (icon packs, UI kits, models, systems, maps, props and similar) delivered as downloadable files.
• Custom work: development, art and design made to order for your project ("commissions").

3. Who can buy

You must be of legal age in your country to buy or hire our services, or do it with the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian. If you act on behalf of a company or studio, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

4. Store purchases

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Gumroad, which processes the payment as merchant of record, may show the price in your local currency and adds the sales tax or VAT that applies in your country.
• You can pay with debit/credit card, PayPal and other methods Gumroad offers. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the transaction and it sends you the receipt.
• Delivery is immediate: after paying you get the download link on screen and by email, and the product stays in your Gumroad library. Keep a backup of your files.
• Product pages describe the content, format and compatibility of each product. Images are illustrative previews of the files included.
• We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and change or withdraw products; this does not affect purchases already completed.

5. License

Every product is licensed, not sold. What you can and cannot do with the files is described in the Asset License, which is part of these terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

7. Custom work (commissions)

• Quote: every project starts with a written quote (by email or Discord) that states scope, deliverables, price, currency, estimated timeline and number of revisions. The quote and these terms form the agreement; if they differ, the quote prevails.
• Payment: 50% deposit to start and 50% before the final files are delivered, unless the quote says otherwise. We may accept USD (PayPal, card or bank transfer) and, where allowed, Robux through Roblox's own features and rules. We issue the payment receipt required by Peruvian tax law.
• Cancellation: if you cancel before we start, we refund the deposit. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and covers the work done. If you do not reply or provide the requested materials for 30 days, we may close the project.
• Your materials: you confirm you have the rights to the materials, names and references you send us, and you are responsible for them.
• Rights: once the project is fully paid, you receive the rights stated in the quote — by default, a perpetual, exclusive right to use the final deliverables in your projects. We keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, code and generic elements. We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, under an NDA).
• Revisions and changes: requests outside the agreed scope or revisions beyond the agreed number are quoted separately.

8. Acceptable use of the site

• Do not attempt to access paid files without buying them, bypass technical protections, or scrape or copy the site's content in bulk.
• Do not attack, overload or interfere with the site, or use it to distribute malware or illegal content.
• Do not use our name, logo or work to impersonate us.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its design, texts, images and products belong to CreativeCubeTM or to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual-property law. Work made for clients is shown with their permission; their brands and games belong to them.

Roblox® is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. CreativeCubeTM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. The same applies to Minecraft (Mojang/Microsoft), Unity, Blender, YouTube and other third-party brands mentioned on the site.

10. Third-party services

The site uses and links to third-party services (Gumroad, YouTube, Discord, Roblox and others). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Warranties

Products are delivered as described on their pages. Apart from the guarantees that the law requires, we do not guarantee that they will be suitable for a specific purpose or that they will keep working after changes made by third parties (for example, Roblox Studio updates), although we try to keep them up to date.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud (dolo) or gross negligence.

13. Complaints

If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] and we will help you. Consumers can also file a claim or complaint in our Libro de Reclamaciones; we answer within 15 business days. Filing it does not prevent you from going to INDECOPI or other channels.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Judicial District of Huaura, Peru, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights and courts of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from its update date; purchases and quotes already accepted keep the terms that applied when they were made.
