We process personal data in accordance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733) and its Regulation (Supreme Decree 016-2024-JUS) and, when it applies to you, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
a) Visiting the website. Our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and time of the request in order to deliver the site, cache it close to you and protect it from abuse and attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (and the performance of the service you request). These technical logs are kept by the providers for short periods under their own policies; we do not use them to identify or profile you.
b) Preferences stored on your device. We store your language, your privacy choice and whether a video could not be loaded in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
c) Purchases. Our store checkout is operated by Gumroad as merchant of record. Gumroad processes your payment details (we never see your full card or PayPal data) and shares with us your name, email, country/postal code, the product bought, price, date and any information you add at checkout. We use it to deliver the product, give support, handle refunds, prevent fraud and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. Kept for up to 5 years after your last purchase, or longer if tax or accounting law requires it.
d) Contacting us (email or Discord). Your name or username, email and the content of your messages and attachments, to answer you and prepare quotes. Legal basis: your request / pre-contractual steps. Kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless it becomes a project.
e) Custom work (commissions). Contact details, project brief and materials you send, agreed terms, payment records and deliverables, to carry out the project, invoice it and give after-sales support. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. Kept for the duration of the project plus the periods required by tax and accounting law.
f) Libro de Reclamaciones (complaints book). Name, ID document, address, phone, email, details of the purchase and of your claim (and, for minors, the parent or guardian's details), to register and answer it as required by Peruvian consumer law. Legal basis: legal obligation. Kept for at least 2 years, as the law requires.
g) Embedded content. Videos on the site come from YouTube (Google). The video players only load after you allow them in the privacy notice or press play; after that, Google may collect data under its own policy. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's image servers and the list of latest videos is obtained through rss2json.com; both receive your IP address when those sections load.
We do not send marketing emails unless you subscribe (for example, by following us on Gumroad), and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
We only share data with providers that help us run the website and the store, and only as needed for that purpose:
Some of these providers store or process data outside Peru (mainly in the United States and the European Union). These transfers are necessary to provide the website, the store and our services, and the providers apply contractual and security safeguards (such as data-processing agreements and standard contractual clauses). You can ask us for more information about them.
You can ask us at any time to access, rectify, cancel (delete) or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and, where the GDPR applies, to restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw your consent without affecting prior processing.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] with the subject "Personal data", explaining your request. We may ask for proof of identity. We answer within the legal deadlines (under Peruvian law, for example, 20 business days for access and 10 business days for rectification, cancellation or opposition; under the GDPR, one month).
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD) or, if you live in the EU/UK, with your local data-protection authority.
Our site is aimed at game creators. To buy, you must be of legal age in your country or have the permission and supervision of your parent or guardian (Gumroad requires users to be at least 13). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 (under 13 in the United States) without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you believe we have received such data, write to us and we will delete it.
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. What we use:

If a security incident affects your data, we will act and notify the authority and you as required by law.
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will announce them on the site.
